VEDIC MEDITATION COURSE FOR BUSY HUMANS
Modern life is busy. There are so many things demanding your attention, whether at home or at work, or both. Overwork, anxiety, fatigue, and depression are markers of modern life.
The time is now to invest in the health of your mind so you can be the best version of yourself for your children, family, friends and work colleagues.
In this course you will learn the effortless mantra-based technique of Vedic meditation. You will be guided on how to practise when surrounded by noise and distractions, how to fit it in amongst the constant demands, and you will start becoming a more responsive (rather than reactive) person in all of your interactions.
The course is taught over four short sessions across three days. You will receive a personal mantra, learn correct practice, and have ample time to ask questions and refine your technique. You will graduate with a self-sustaining practice for life — supported by ongoing community, group meetings, email support, and advanced trainings.
THE COURSE STRUCTURE
SESSION 1 (~75 mins)
This first session includes a ceremony where you will receive your personalised mantra and the instructions for how to use it properly. You will learn how the mantra can help you effortlessly enter a relaxed state and the importance of keeping your mantra private. You will meditate for the first time, and be able to refine your practice in the subsequent sessions.
SESSION 2 (~120 mins)
This session is focused on the correct use of the mantra. The use of a mantra is the key component to the Vedic meditation technique and understanding how to use it properly for maximum results is why you need a qualified teacher. We dedicate time to ensuring you use the mantra effectively and that you graduate with a self-sufficient practice.
SESSION 3 (~120 mins)
In our busy modern lives we have more to do and less time to do it, resulting in stress being layered into our nervous systems. This session is about understanding thoughts and stress release during meditation. We explore the mind-body connection, how thoughts in Vedic meditation are a signal of stress releasing, and continue to refine your use of the mantra.
SESSION 4 (~90 mins)
The final session covers practical knowledge to establish a regular practice. We focus on how to get the maximum benefits from your practice, and how to enhance your 'eyes open' life. No matter what your circumstances, the biggest concern we hear is students do not have time to fit in two meditations per day, we will workshop how you can fit them in.

TESTIMONIALS
After 30+ years of practicing and teaching yoga and trying many forms of meditation, nothing resonated as deeply for me as Vedic Meditation. Its beautiful simplicity has kept me consistent every day, and the benefits show up in every area of my life and teaching. I highly recommend learning this practice — and learning it from Anna.
