LEANING INTO DISCOMFORT AND LETTING GO
Group Meditation and Knowledge Meeting

We will check in on our meditation practice, answer any questions and enjoy a lovely group meditation. This month we will chat about how to lean into discomfort and how to let go. In other words, how to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, rather than avoiding, and how to surrender to it. Exploring the idea of acceptance and that sometimes it is ok not to be ok, realising that this awareness is usually a sign of growth as we continue our committed twice daily meditation practice.
As always I am opening this meeting to all of my meditation students, students of other VM and TM teachers, and to anyone simply interested to find out more about meditation.
